* bake at 400F for 45 mins (if it’s a medium potato) 1hr 25 mins of it’s a big potato. Bake the second time for 15 minutes at 400F.

Avocado Toast.
Sourdough bread.
Olive oil.
Avocado.
Lime juice.
Sat to taste.
Finishing salt.
Red chili flakes.
Grated parmesean chhese.
Balsamic vinegar.

Steak marinade (per steak).
1 Garlic clove.
2 limes.
1/4 Cup reduced sodium soy sauce (or enough to cover the steak).

Egg roll.
Tortilla.
1-2 eggs.
Spinach.
Parmesan cheese.
Salt to taste.
Filling up.
Mozzarella cheese.
Chili onion crunch.
Offer with sour cream!
